Stir-fry Prawns with Kankun

4 Portions

Ingredients

Clean and Devein Prawns 800g
Thinnai Foods “Stir fry sauce “ 100ml
Lime 1 NOS
Salt To taste
Kankun 250g
Lemon grass chopped 50g
Sesame oil 50ml

Preparation Methods

  1. Marinate the Prawns with Salt, Lime and Lemon grass.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan add the Prawns just stir fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Add Kankun and fry until crisp.
  4. Add “Thinnai Food” stir fry sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot hot with Rice or Noodles.
