Clean and Devein Prawns | 800g |
Thinnai Foods “Stir fry sauce “ | 100ml |
Lime | 1 NOS |
Salt | To taste |
Kankun | 250g |
Lemon grass chopped | 50g |
Sesame oil | 50ml |
Preparation Methods
- Marinate the Prawns with Salt, Lime and Lemon grass.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan add the Prawns just stir fry for 10 minutes.
- Add Kankun and fry until crisp.
- Add “Thinnai Food” stir fry sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot hot with Rice or Noodles.
